We, LLC Corporation Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “LLCB”) respect your privacy and committed to protect all the personal information provided by you to us. We are bound to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”).

1. The personal data processed by us may include your name, national registration identity card no. (NRIC no.), nationality, contact number, address, occupation, date of your birth, marital status, email address, bank account details, pay slips, EA Form information provided by you in the documents or online and all other details relating thereto.

   • For assessment of your application before you may be considered for the employment or to get scholarship/sponsorship in any of the companies within LLCB
   • For administration purposes
   • To better understand your requirement
   • To process your payment transactions
   • To provide services to you
   • For statistical analysis
   • For security and fraud prevention purposes
   • For our communications, corporate affairs and branding purposes which include internal publication in printing materials such as “FOCUS” bulletin, website and/or electronic media as well as external parties printing materials and/or electronic media
   • For the purposes of complying with the Companies Act 1965
   • Assisting you in relation to any insurance application
   • For the purposes of our corporate governance
   • Facilitating any checks that we conduct or by any third party on you from time to time
   • Assisting any government agencies or bureaus including for the purposes of police or regulatory investigations
   • Facilitating your compliance with any laws or regulations applicable to you
   • Communicating and responding to your enquiries
   • Conducting our internal activities or such other purposes as may be related to the foregoing
2. Your personal data is and will be collected from you and/or from the information you have provided in your application/registration forms, emails and information that you may provide us from time to time, and from third parties such as banks and insurance companies.
3. If you fail to provide us with such personal data, we may not be able to process and/or disclose your personal data for any of the above Purposes.

Your personal data may be disseminated, disclosed and/or transferred to companies within the LLCB (including the holding company, subsidiaries, associated, related and affiliated companies as well as their subsidiaries, associated and affiliated companies, both local and international), whether present or future (collectively) or to any third party organizations or persons for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to you in respect of the Purposes and all such other purposes that are related to the Purposes and also in providing integrated services, maintaining and storing records.
2. We respect the privacy of your personal information and are committed in ensuring the confidentiality, protection, security and accuracy of your personal data made available to us. Hence, you are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date.
3. We may request your assistance to procure the consent of third parties whose personal data is provided by you to us and you hereby agree to use your best endeavours to do so.
4. If you are below 18 years old, please obtain the prior consent from your parents or legal guardian before using our services.

   Any request to exercise your rights shall be administered as per PDPA. Please be informed that pursuant to the Act, your request may be rejected in certain circumstances.
6. We have implemented security policies, rules and measure to protect and ensure your personal information from unlawful destruction, unauthorised access/modification or accidental loss.

The Company reserves the right to review and/or amend this privacy policy from time to time and will communicate such updated Policy on the Company’s website, and/or other appropriate communication means as may be determined by the Company.

Nothing in this Notice shall limit the rights of the Company, you and your Organisation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this notice, the English version shall prevail over the Bahasa Malaysia version.
