Job Description
:
Assist in the sales administration for all assigned residential and commercial projects
Prepare all related correspondences, including but not limited to billings, leases, notifications etc
Prepare all related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the General Manager
Monitor and follow up on billings, service charges, rents etc
Maintain and update resident records using Sales Admin software
Attend to customer enquiries and requests
Requirements
:
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year working experience with a property developer or in a similar capacity
Good organizational and communication skills
Pleasant demeanor
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient with MS Office applications, MWH Wiz or IFCA
