Job Description   :  
  • Assist in the sales administration for all assigned residential and commercial projects
  • Prepare all related correspondences, including but not limited to billings, leases, notifications etc
  • Prepare all related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the General Manager
  • Monitor and follow up on billings, service charges, rents etc
  • Maintain and update resident records using Sales Admin software
  • Attend to customer enquiries and requests
         
Requirements   :  
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience with a property developer or in a similar capacity
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, MWH Wiz or IFCA
