Job Description
:
Responsible for upcoming field tasks, including planning, scheduling, calculations, materials and cost estimation for various construction layout.
To lead, assign and monitoring field staff in a variety of land survey operations such as boundary, topography, leveling, design, as-built, and maintaining horizontal and vertical control networks.
To performs details control and ensure work is performed to client quality standards, and fully meets the intent and specific requirements of the contract.
Analysis of record data, deeds, and plats for property and boundary control.
Requirements
:
A Degree in Land Surveying or related disciplines.
Those without above qualification but have substantial years of construction experience will also be considered.
Min 5 years related experience in infrastructure/civil work projects.
Good in 3D AutoCAD
