  • YAM TENGKU SULAIMAN SHAH IBNI SULTAN SALAHUDDIN ABDUL AZIZ SHAH
    • YAM Tengku Sulaiman Shah is the Tengku Laksamana of Selangor and a Member of The Council of the Royal Court of Selangor (Ahli Dewan Diraja Selangor). He was one of the Co-founders of Syarikat Pembinaan Setia Sdn Bhd (SP SETIA) and served as its Chairman until 1997. Tengku Sulaiman is currently a director of several large notable corporation boards such as QSR Brands Bhd and KFC Holdings Malaysia since 2011, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, Samanda Holdings Berhad, SIME UEP Properties Berhad, Bina Goodyear Berhad and Baneng Holdings Berhad. Due to Tengku Sulaiman’s vast international experience, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Malaysia) (MITI) has appointed him as Chairman of the Malaysia – UAE Business Council.

  • YBM PUAN SRI DATO’ TUNKU NOOR HAYATI BINTI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN PUTRA AL HAJ
    • YBM Tunku Noor Hayati began her career in legal advisory work and was an Executive Director of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (construction) and Dunham Bush (Malaysia – Manufacturing) from 2007 until 2008. Subsequently she was appointed an Non-Executive Director of East Coast Terminal Sdn Bhd from 2013 to 2014 – managing port activities in Tok Bali, Kelantan. With her vast experience, Tunku Noor Hayati is currently the Non-Executive Director of AWC Berhad and Executive Chairman of Selenggara Timur Sdn Bhd as of 2014. She is also actively involved in Social Welfare works and is one of four Deputy President of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Islam Malaysia (PERKIM) Kebangsaan in 2013 and the Head of Women Division, PERKIM Kebangsaan since 2010. Tunku Noor Hayati also founded a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Yayasan Noor Al Syakur (YANAS) which is involved in various social welfare activities including the provision of aid to those in need and the revival of arts and culture in Kelantan

  • DATUK LOO TOOK GEE
      • Datuk Loo Took Gee graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in 1978 and joined the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of Malaysia upon graduation. She furthered her postgraduate studies in Japan in 1988 and graduated with a Master Degree in Policy Science from Saitama University, Japan.

      • She had served in various capacities during her 38 years of service with the Federal Government of Malaysia. She has very broad experiences in policy formulation and implementation in human resources management , financial management and project management , including infrastructure privatisation , while serving at the Public Services Department, Ministry of Works and Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA).

      • Datuk Loo Took Gee was appointed as the Secretary - General of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water in August 2010 and served in that capacity before her retirement in August 2016. Subsequently, she was appointed as the Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water on a one-year contract from September 2016.

      • During her tenure as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water, she provided the leadership and oversight on a number of important policy initiatives such as the Renewable Energy Policy and Action Plan, Energy Efficiency Master Plan, Green Technology Policy, Electricity Industry Deregulation, Nuclear Power Generation, Tariff Setting Mechanism for the Sewerage Industry and the Restructuring of the Water Services Industry under the Water Services Industry Act 2006 (ACT 655) especially in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Wilayah Persekutuan of Labuan.

      • Apart from her role as the Secretary-General, Datuk Loo Took Gee also served as Chairman of MyPower Corporation , an agency dedicated towards the deregulation of the electricity industry in Peninsular Malaysia. Besides , her seventeen years tenure at the Ministry saw her active involvement as a Board Member of government agencies & corporations including Sarawak Hidro Sdn. Bhd., Energy Commission, Malaysia Nuclear Power Corporation, Sustainable Energy Development Authority, Malaysia (SEDA), Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Authority (MTJDA) and Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB).

      • Currently, Datuk Loo Took Gee serves as a Member of the Water Services Commission of Malaysia (SPAN) for a two years term, from 2 February 2023 until 1 February 2025 .
